I’ve always taken real satisfaction in seeing a dramatic “before and after.”
Even as a kid, I remember tackling a huge bed of nettles in our garden.. clearing it completely while only half-finishing the smaller job the day before. I’ve carried that same drive for meaningful, visible change throughout my career.

Manufacturing captured me because it’s the one place you can see the results of good teamwork, structure, and flow. Yet after more than 30 years in the industry, I know most UK factories have untapped, often astronomical potential. Many chase automation and digital tools before the basics are right,but when processes already flow, those technologies deliver far greater impact.

The truth is simple: do the right things, then do those things right.
