Turn clarity into action; and deliver visible, measurable improvement

Once you know where to focus, improvement must move from insight into action. Change is where plans become progress, and performance starts to shift.

Why Change Matters

Clarity tells you what to improve and where to focus.
Change is about making it happen – effectively, practically, and at pace

Many improvement initiatives lose momentum because:

Teams lack experience in applying improvement techniques effectively
Improvement competes with day-to-day pressures
Ownership is unclear
Early progress isn’t visible
Support functions and the factory are not improved together

Change is the bridge between insight and impact.

It’s where Fluere brings the structure, experience, and delivery leadership needed to turn clarity into real results, across the whole operation.

What ‘Change’ Gives You

Visible improvement, quickly

Real progress you can see, measure, and feel — not just plans or reports.

End-to-end operational flow

Improvement across factory and office processes, not isolated fixes.

Momentum that builds belief

Early wins that engage teams and create confidence in improvement.

What’s Included in Change

A) Ideal State Design & Transition Planning

Defining what good looks like — and how to get there.

Before implementation begins, we work with your team to define:

  • the ideal future state for factory and office processes
  • how materials, information, and decisions should flow
  • realistic stepping stones from current state to ideal

This ensures improvement is directional, not reactive; and that today’s changes support tomorrow’s performance

B) Operational Improvement Deployment (OID)

Hands-on delivery, led by Fluere, with your people.

Operational Improvement Deployment is where Fluere becomes an integrated improvement team within your business.

We work side-by-side with your teams to:

  • improve flow across production and support processes
  • strengthen planning, scheduling, and information flow
  • improve sales administration, purchasing, design/technical, and engineering handovers
  • reduce waste, delays, and rework
  • establish clear standards and controls
  • coach leaders and teams throughout delivery

The focus is always on:

  • practical implementation
  • visible progress
  • and sustainable results

C) RISE Initiatives (Rapid Improvement Step Events)

Focused, Fluere-led improvement initiatives that deliver results.

RISE initiatives are structured bursts of improvement activity — typically 2–4 weeks — designed to tackle specific constraints or opportunities identified during Clarity.

They can focus on:

  • production flow and layout
  • planning and scheduling
  • sales administration and order processing
  • purchasing and supplier interaction
  • design, technical, and engineering processes
  • quality, rework, and information flow

All RISE initiatives are Fluere-led and use the same proven delivery structure.

There are two delivery approaches:

RISE – Fluere-Delivered

Fluere leads and delivers the majority of the hands-on improvement activity, involving client teams where needed but with minimal demand on their time.

Best suited where:

  • internal capacity is limited
  • rapid stabilisation or delivery is required

RISE – Jointly-Delivered

Fluere leads the initiative and delivers improvement jointly with your team, increasing hands-on involvement to build capability alongside delivery.

Best suited where:

  • teams are ready to be more involved
  • developing internal capability is a priority

Both are Fluere-led RISE initiatives. The difference is whether Fluere does most of the hands-on delivery, or whether we deliver jointly with your team to build capability.

D) Implementation Leadership & Governance

Keeping improvement focused, prioritised, and moving.

Alignment at the top accelerates everything.

Fluere supports leaders to:

  • remove blockers
  • prioritise improvement activity
  • review progress objectively
  • reinforce standards and expectations

This ensures improvement maintains pace; without overwhelming the organisation.

Why it matters:

Why it matters:

No transformation succeeds without leadership unity.

How Change Leads Into “Capability”

As improvement is delivered, the focus shifts to how it’s sustained and extended.

Change  sets the foundation for the next step:

Capability develops leaders, teams, and internal change agents who can continue improving — without reliance on external support.
